A space for natural resonance.
As Chamber evolved, its guiding idea shifted: from trying to control sound to giving it room to resonate naturally.
Rather than relying heavily on foam to suppress the character of a build, Chamber explores the relationship between case volume, geometry, materials, and internal structure. The aim is to preserve the individual character of the switches, plate, and case while bringing them together into a balanced whole.
Chamber’s most recognizable feature is its side profile. The line appears simple, yet it cannot be achieved with a conventional chamfer or standard exterior machining.
A dedicated cutting tool allows the case to be machined inward from the underside, creating its continuous curve. Present since the earliest prototypes, this detail gives Chamber its identity from one angle to the next.

Chamber’s through-case weight extends from the interior to the visible underside. Its material, mass distribution, and connection to the case influence how the assembly responds to keystrokes.
On its inner face, an elongated, racetrack-shaped recess surrounds a narrow central ridge. This machined profile shapes both the weight’s material distribution and the space beneath the PCB. Together, the weight and its internal geometry are intended to tune Chamber’s resonance alongside the switches, plate, and mounting system.

The underside design carries a piece of Chamber’s development history. Its lines take inspiration from the internal ribs used in the first prototype.
Those ribs were later removed from the internal structure, but their form remained on the exterior—a quiet record of how the design evolved.

PTFE pads separate the case halves to reduce direct metal-to-metal contact and help limit vibration transfer and unwanted case resonance.

Yes. Compatible third-party options include the H87 PCB and the Venom HE H87 F12 PCB.
Choose the foam kit that matches your PCB. Separate versions are listed for the solder and hot-swap PCBs.
