This agreement applies when you post, reply, or react in KBDfans product discussions. Your first acceptance applies to all future participation unless the agreement is materially updated.
1. Purpose and scope
Product discussions are a public space for questions, ideas, build experiences, compatibility information, and other content directly related to the product shown on the page.
2. Account responsibility
Use your own account and keep its access secure. You are responsible for messages and reactions submitted through your account. Do not impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation.
3. Community rules
- Keep messages relevant to the product and do not post repetitive promotions or spam.
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, and deliberately misleading content are not permitted.
- Do not publish private information, unlawful material, malicious links, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Images must be shared through a valid HTTPS link from an external image host. Only link to images you are entitled to share. The external host's availability, privacy practices, and content are outside KBDfans' control.
- Do not discuss order numbers, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, or account issues here. Contact customer service for individual order support.
4. Public content and notifications
Messages, replies, display names, and reactions may be visible to other visitors. When another member replies to your message, we may show a notification the next time you sign in.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant KBDfans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and format that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve product discussions. You may request removal, subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements.
6. Moderation
KBDfans may pin, hide, or remove content that violates these rules, and may restrict discussion access when necessary to protect the community. Moderation does not replace customer service or create a guarantee that every message will receive a response.
7. Information disclaimer
Community messages reflect the views of their authors and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify compatibility, safety, and technical information before relying on it. Product discussions are provided as available and are not professional advice or an official customer-support channel.
8. Changes and questions
KBDfans may update these rules when the discussion service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be shown here. Questions about these terms or requests concerning your content should be sent through the official customer-service channel.
You only need to accept this agreement before your first post. That acceptance remains valid for future posts, replies, and reactions unless we ask you to review a materially updated agreement.
