KBD8X MKIII Stainless Steel Weight Heat Coloring Service Description
Heat Coloring Characteristics:

The heat coloring effect is randomly generated, and the resulting color cannot be specified or chosen.

Please understand and accept this random nature before proceeding with the service.

The final color variation will range up to a maximum of dark blue.
-
(Note: Only the externally visible surfaces of the weight will be treated. Internal surfaces hidden during assembly will not be colored.)
Heat Coloring Temperature Reference (For illustrative purposes only, not a specific guarantee):
-
200-250°C: Pale Yellow (initial oxide film formation)
-
300-350°C: Golden Yellow to Brown
-
400-450°C: Purple to Dark Blue
-
500-550°C: Blue-Gray to Gray-Black (This thicker oxide layer may affect corrosion resistance, which is why we limit the process to a maximum of dark blue.)

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with the resulting color.

Other parts of the keyboard kit (e.g., PCB damage, key malfunction, case defects, etc.) are still covered by the standard after-sales support or replacement service.

However, the entire kit cannot be returned or refunded solely because of the heat-colored weight.

How to assemble daughterboard?
- Please test the PCB first before removing the daughterboard and connector.
- If the PCB works fine, please detach the USB interface (Part A), then detach the daughterboard (Part B), and connect it to the PCB with a JST cable.
